Daily Yoga Practices of Co-Recovery

Codependents have a unique set of characteristics that often overlap with those of the addicts they love but are not exactly identical. Next Steps: Daily Yoga Practices of Co-Recovery, invites anyone who has an addict (or recovering addict) in their life to spend 7 weeks learning holistic self-nurturing practices found in Yoga, Ayurveda, 12-Steps and the 7 tenets of co-recovery to build self-esteem and redirect a healthy focus to themselves.
